TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida Senior Games (FSG) presented by Humana announces a focus on the Road to Success.  FSG encourages participants from the 2019 FSG Local Series Qualifier events to take advantage of the 14-day registration window that will open on November 6 and close November 20.

“The 2021 National Senior Games will be held in the Greater Fort Lauderdale and Broward County community. Our desire is to give Floridians a sneak peek of the competition venues that will be utilized by the National Senior Games and perhaps a competitive advantage,” said Marvin E. Green, Jr., Vice President of Amateur Sports.

What does this mean? If you competed at one of the 21 FSG Local Series Qualifier events throughout the state in 2019 or are a resident of the following three counties: Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade; you now have the opportunity and invitation to register for the 2019 Florida Senior Games presented by Humana without posting a qualifying performance.

The 2019 Florida Senior Games presented by Humana will be held December 6-15, for athletes age 50 and over. Registration is currently open for 24 sports with information available at www.floridaseniorgames.com. Registration fees vary by sport and the strict online registration deadline is November 20.
